We always make sure we have a complete skincare product on-stock. On a very rare occasion, other items might not be available. Rest assured that we will inform you at once if the product/s you wish to purchase are unavailable at the moment.

CANCELATION OF ORDER

UNFILTERED reserves the right to withdraw featured products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. Similarly, UNFILTERED reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse and order at any time at our sole discretion. UNFILTERED will not be liable to you for the foregoing reasons.

Furthermore, we will only allow cancellation of order from your end if you have entered incorrect details and the order has not undergone the delivery procedure yet.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All UNFILTERED products have undergone stringent quality check and control before shipping. Ensure that the item/s to be returned to UNFILTERED are in good condition the way how you’ve received them when delivered.

We advise that you take a photo of product/s you’d be returning and send us an e-mail within 24 hours.

Application for refund, meanwhile, is valid only in case the products are unavailable.

We only perform refunds by depositing the money to a bank account. All refund claims can be performed by our partner banks ------,------,------,-------. Furthermore, some of these banks may charge a handling fee when depositing to a provincial account. Should there be any such fees, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For credit/debit card transactions, refunds may reflect to your account within a period of time depending on your bank’s processing time.
